We also got an insight into Shia’s life when she revealed about her father, the King of Failed Adventures, who was determined to work for people so much that it made his wife’s and daughter’s life hell.
Later while raiding a dungeon, Ninomiya accidentally teleported Majin, the main monster of the Death March, to the surface using Shia’s magic crystal.
He set a trap and captured Majin when he returned. Shia tried to kill him, but he revived and was about to attack Ninomiya when Rim came and killed him.

Episode 5 Preview & Speculation
So Ninomiya again got teleported by the portal he recognized as the one that summoned him from Japan.
This implies that either he is going to return to his world, or he’s about to be teleported into yet another world. To Ninomiya’s relief, he is with Rim this time and I wonder how she will help him.
If they get teleported back to Japan, Rim’s presence will create chaos as she is a monster, and in that case, Ninomiya will have to save her instead.
But knowing him, he’d undoubtedly use Rim in some way to earn money. Would he get her to work, or would he use her as a big monster to threaten people?

Episode 5 Release Date
Episode 4 of the The Dungeon of Black Company (2021) anime, titled “Transfer”, has been released on Monday, Aug 09, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

Episode 4 Recap
While Ninomiya passes through a street at night, a lady comes and threatens him to pay the debt of 5 million gold within a month. The following day, Ninomiya heads to raid a dungeon with Wanibe and Shia.
Meanwhile, the director of Raiza’ha, Belza, reveals in a company meeting that Death March is approaching that will make all demonite and monsters regenerate, which is massively profitable.
At the dungeon, Shia shows Ninomiya the valuable monster parts. So, an idea strikes him, and he builds a farm to harvest monster parts without killing them to pay the 5 million debt.
In the dungeon, Shia and Ninomiya come across Majin. While arguing over who should get out of the dungeon using the magic crystal, Ninomiya accidentally teleports Majin to the surface. So naturally, Majin starts destroying the mines as soon as he lands on the surface.
While Majin is on the surface, Ninomiya sets the ant trap inside the dungeon to catch Majin. When Majin tunnels back into the dungeon, Ninomiya catches and sets fire on him. But Majin escapes their trap.
Shia insists on fighting to contribute to society, but Ninomiya scolds her and tells her that Raiza’ha has brainwashed her. He adds that she doesn’t have to put herself at risk, trying to escape her father’s reputation, the King of Failed Adventures.
Shia realizes that he is right and decides to live for herself. She then proceeds to kill Majin but destroys her sword in the process. Majin revives and tries to eat Ninomiya, but Rim jumps in and saves Ninomiya.
After eating Majin, Rim reveals that Majin was not born normally because she wasn’t there. Then, suddenly, a teleportation circle like before opens up, and Ninomiya and Rim fall into it.
