In Episode 1, titled ‘Welcome to the World of Corporate Slaves,’ Kinji Ninomiya, a successful NEET in Japan, suddenly got teleported to another world, ‘Amuria’ where there are mines everywhere.
Soon, frustrated with his usual dull life, Kinji made a plan of mining the ore illegally with his friend Wanibe. He found a secret way to the third floor where there is more treasure but also even more hideous monsters.
They met a monster girl, ‘Rim’ there, who agreed to protect them while mining if they provide her with enough food. The duo made a lot of profit, most of which went in Rim’s food.
Later, Kinji found a magic weapon and brainwashed other miners into working for him, but he was caught and punished later.

With Rim’s constant food demands, we might as well see Kinji feeding her his coworkers by brainwashing them someday.
Kinji was highly successful in the former world, which could probably help him do well in this world as well. Moreover, he knows how to make money easily, as he has been doing it since a young age.
However, it’s unclear if he was teleported there randomly or by someone who saw his success in the other world. Thus, summoning him there because they needed a successful worker or investor to improve the company’s revenues.

Kinji Ninomiya recently bought a house on the top floor of a galaxy apartment and has built three apartments in Tokyo by now. His aim is to become a rich NEET and invest in real estate, so he can live without ever having to work.
However, his dreams shatter when suddenly he is teleported to the world of Amuria inhabited by demi-humans.
In the past, Amuria used to be filled with treasures, but soon humans found the ore ‘Demonite’ in the dungeon and started exploiting the resources.
The government started giving licenses to the companies for managing such dungeons. Kinji ended up in one of such companies named ‘Raiza’ha Mining Corporation,’ which manages the demonite mines in Detmolt.
One day, Kinji whines about working sixteen hours a day, dormitories with no privacy and other problems, when he sees a crocodile Wanibe getting bullied by a skeleton.
But Kinji ignores it and focuses on his monthly bills, indicating he has only 10 thousand gold coins after paying the debts. Later, Kinji meets Wanibe in private and reveals that he has made a debt of 20 million gold till now.
Kinji tries to lure Wanibe into earning money with him by mining the ore illegally to get a bonus. He reveals the secret passage to the third floor where the value of demonite is more. The duo goes there, and they start the mining.
Suddenly, a monster attacks them and calls them his food. But Kinji makes a deal with him to provide tastier food if he guards them while they mine. The monster finds it interesting and reveals itself as a girl named Rim, who agrees to Kinji’s terms.
However, instead of earning money, Kinji lost more on Rim’s food. The following day, Wanibe finds a magic item. Kinji realizes that he can brainwash anyone with it and uses it on other miners to mine for him.Eventually, the miners find out the reality and severely beat Kinji.

Kinji Ninomiya is a neet with no urge towards betterment. He suddenly finds himself snatched from his life of comfort and thrown into a fantasy world where he has to work to his bones. He is indebted to the Riza’ha Company and has to do mining to survive.
With terrible work conditions, minimum wages, and almost no breaks, Kinji’s ideal jobless life has come to a devastating end.
