Suzuno opens the gate to Ente Isla in episode 8 of The Devil is a Part-Timer!! Season 3 is titled “The Hero Questions Her Hometown.”

Emi has successfully passed through the dimensional gate and made it to her village. She roams around the familiar town and eventually reaches her father’s shed. Searching for traces of the shard, she finds a secret map in the drawers.

In the morning, Emi and Alas Ramus wander through the forest and find the marked spot. Alas, he runs through a portal disguised as a tree and finds another shed.

2. Episode 9 Speculation

Suzuno and Sadao have made it through the portal with their mopeds and will now have to track down Emi. Once they reach Ente Isla, their powers may return to them, and Sadao may once again have the almighty strength of the Demon Lord.

Gabriel has already told them to come to Efzahan, where Emi is being held, but they must rescue her dad first. Since Ashiya and her dad were kidnapped during the Malebranche invasion, Olba and Gabriel can use them as leverage against Emi.

3. Recap of Episode 8

Emi and Alas Ramus safely complete the journey back to Ente Isla and get a map of the area from Eme. She tells Emi she will return to pick her up in seven days and wishes her luck on her journey. She wanders through the town in search of a caravan and food supplies.

Alas, Ramus throws a tantrum over the food and the comfort, but Emi calms her down. In the morning, she walks through familiar land and remembers her father. The wheat is still alive, and the house is still intact, so she gets some hope that he may still be alive.

She searches the room for any shards of Yesod, but it’s empty. She finds a secret map in one of the drawers and tries to find the spot in the forest where they run into a portal. They find a shed with traces of Lailah and Acieth and investigate the surroundings.

Alas sends a massive burst of energy piercing the barrier, and Olba responds. Along with Raguel, he comes to invite Emi to Efzahan and threatens to hurt her father. Meanwhile, Maou catches up on the flow of events with everyone else.

Gabriel gave them all a tip that Emi would be in Efzahan, and they all prepared to save her. The night before Maou would leave for Ente Isla, everybody comes together to MgRonalds to see him off. Sariel runs in to get an order and gives them information about Gabriel.

Their true goal is to prevent the birth of a true God in Ente Isla. Once midnight strikes, Suzuno opens the gate to Ente Isla, and they take their scooters into the other dimension.

The Devil Is a Part-Timer! is a Japanese light novel series written by Satoshi Wagahara, with illustrations by Oniku (written as 029). ASCII Media Works has published the series in Japan, while Yen Press has published the series in North America.

The story revolves around the Demon Lord Satan after he is stuck in the human world. Satan loses against the hero Emilia in his homeworld Ente Isla. He then takes one of his subordinates – Alciel and transports himself to the human world, where he is left powerless due to the lack of magic.

Both Satan and Alciel take human forms, and Satan takes up a part-time job at a fast-food restaurant to earn a living. Things get even more complicated once Emilia arrives under the guise of a human named Emi Yusa. This light-hearted comedy explores the interactions of “evil” and “good.”
