The confusing end of Capcom’s horror blockbuster, Resident Evil Village, left many thought-provoking questions unanswered. Thankfully, the minds of enthusiasts can take a break from all the tiresome pondering as the studio has revealed that the development of RE: Village’s DLC has begun.
During Capcom’s E3 showcase, the Japanese developers firstly confirmed that RE: Verse, Village’s multiplayer fragment, will launch next month.
Following this, producer Tsuyoshi Kanda announced that the long-awaited post-launch content of Resident Evil Village is in the works. The company didn’t dive into the specifics, so there’s no way to tell what one can expect from it.
The DLC is still untitled, and the release date is unknown. All we know is that Capcom has just commenced its production.
