3. Episode 3 Recap
Kyotaro starts working on a dark fantasy comic. Kyotaro visits the infirmary with a headache, only to find Anna with a stomach ache. He considers killing her, but she shares her medicine before leaving. The nurse requests that he return the shirt Anna left behind, the smell of which piques his interest.
Boys in class ask Kyotaro to pass a sexual note to Anna. Instead, Kyotaro hands over a painting of his manga heroine that resembles her. The same boys try a ploy that allegedly exposes the girls’ favored sex position, but the girls catch them before Anna falls for it. Anna unintentionally executes the trick on Kyotaro, suggesting a girl-on-top position, causing him to get aroused again.
Kyotaro cannot reconcile his anger with his sexual attraction, so when Anna suffers a nose injury while playing basketball, he follows her to the infirmary, intent on killing her. He realizes he loves Anna after he hears her crying about her nose ruining an important photo shoot and realizes she has retained his drawing.
Kyotaro leaves tissues as an anonymous present because her nose always hurts. He is both unhappy that she is using them to clear food crumbs and relieved to see her grin again.

The Dangers in My Heart manga by Norio Sakurai was launched in March 2018. It is licensed in English by Seven Seas Entertainment.
The manga focuses on Kyotaro, a school kid who thinks he is messed up because he often thinks violently about his classmates. Just as he plans how to stab the class’ popular girl, she notices him.
