In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, the quest known as The Beast and The Princess requires players to look for a mysterious creature used by Princess Zelda. This quest is a part of the Lucky Clover Gazette side adventure called Potential Princess Sighting.
The Beast and The Princess quest can be completed by finding the mysterious beast, which is located in the Bronas Forest near the Lakeside Stable in the region of Faron. Upon arriving, players will realize that the mysterious beast is a Dondon.
Travel to Lakeside Stable
The fastest way to go to Lakeside Stable is by fast-travelling to the Joju-u-u Shrine, jumping off the cliff and gliding for a few seconds across the ridge to reach the Bronas Forest. In that place, players will come across Cima and a herd of Dondons, the new animal species.
Interacting with Cima will trigger a dialogue that explains that the mysterious “beast” is a Dondon, a new animal species discovered by Princess Zelda, and Bronas Forest is their sanctuary.
After interacting with Cima, Penn will appear at the location, marking the end of the quest The Beast and The Princess. For completing the quest, players will be awarded x100 Silver Rupee.
How to start The Beast and The Princess quest in Tears of the Kingdom?
The Beast and The Princess quest can be started by interacting with Penn in the New Serenne Stable, northwest of Lookout Landing. Penn will warn the players of a new mysterious beast aiding Princess Zelda on her adventures.
If Penn doesn’t appear at the location, players must complete the Lucky Clover Gazette quest chain, which can be found just northeast of Rito Village.
