The Beanie Bubble’s first pictures are finally out. Releasing on July 21, 2023, in select theatres, the movie will feature an in-depth look at one of America’s most unbelievable tales – that of Beanie Babies.
The phenomenon defined the era of the ’90s and early 2000s. Zach Galifianakis, Elizabeth Banks, Sarah Snook, and Geraldine Viswanathan will bring on-screen the story of how the zeitgeist came to be.
The film is based on the 2015 book The Great Beanie Baby Bubble: Mass Delusion and the Dark Side of Cute The Beanie Bubble by Zac Bissonnette and will feature the relationship between Ty Warner (played by Galifianakis) and the others who were instrumental in achieving his vision.
The first look images of The Beanie Bubble hit the Internet on May 11. Apple Original Films released these promotional pictures, and all that we can say is that they will transport you back to the ’90s Beanie Babies craze. The theatrical and streaming dates were also announced.
