The most recent installment of the Aquatope on White Sand was episode seventeen titled, “Relaxation Place Jellyfish Style.”
The episode was a breather after many hectic episodes. The whole Tingarla gang is treated to a relaxing day by Kukuru, Fuuka, and Tsukimi. Everyone gathered at Kukuru’s place and enjoyed Tsukimi’s cooking as well as other activities like card games, messages, skincare, and fireworks
What adventures await Kukuru and her friends at Tingarla after their day off? We’ll find out in episode eighteen.
Episode 18 Speculation
In the previous episode, our characters got some time off from their hectic schedules. Kukuru, Fuuka, and Tsukimi planned a fun weekend for everyone, including loads of homemade delicacies, games, and other relaxing activities.
In the next episode, we’ll see Fuuka and Chiyu return to their jobs, tackling all the challenges that come their way.

The Aquatope on White Sand is not on a break and will continue as per schedule. No such delay has been announced.
Episode 17 Recap
Episode seventeen begins with Kukuru and Fuuka at cafe Ohana, scanning their schedules and finding a common day off. Their friend at the cafe, Tsukimi, chips in and tells them that she too was free on their off Saturday, and they ask her to join them.
Next, we see Marina and Akari outside Kukuru’s house. The door has a small banner labeled, “Relaxation Zone Jellyfish Style.” Upon entering, they are greeted by Kukuru, Fuuka, and Tsukimi, who welcome them to a relaxing experience.
Kukuru and Marina fangirl about sea creatures as Tsukimi offers them tropical tea. Fuuka then begins their skincare routine. Karin and Kuuya are the next ones to come.
Kukuru offers Kuuya beer, and he excuses himself from the girls. Tsukimi prepares delicious meat and sandwiches for the guests as everyone makes themselves home.
Kuuya finishes his beer and is visibly drunk. He says he needs to take a leak but goes outside instead of using the restroom like normal people.
The girls continue their relaxation activities, playing card games, reading magazines, doing simple stretches, having Tsukimi’s dessert, and napping. They leave for their evening shifts shortly after.
Kukuru and the team’s next guests for the evening are Chiyu and her son Shizuku, Rui, Kai, and Eiji. Kukuru bonds with Chiyu as she tries massaging her meanwhile, the others have Takoyaki prepared by Kai.
At night, everyone gathers around for fireworks and has a great time. After everyone leaves, Chiyu and Fuuka receive a message from Tsukimi, telling them that she left a reward in the fridge.
The two girls find orange jelly waiting for them in the fridge. They enjoy it while talking about the day’s events.
About The aquatope on the white sand
The aquatope on the white sand is an upcoming anime television series produced by P.A.Works.It is scheduled to release in July 2021.
The anime takes place at Gama Gama Aquarium. Kukuru Misakino is an 18-year-old high school student who works there, and she knows about the “secret” of the aquarium: sometimes you can see mysterious things.
One day Kukuru meets Fuuka, standing in front of a water tank with flowing hair and a tear rolling down her cheek. Fuuka has given up on her dream of becoming an idol and she has run away from Tokyo to Okinawa.
Wanting to find a place to belong, Fuuka earnestly asks to work at the aquarium.
