5. Chapter 103 Recap

Chapter 103 begins with three mysterious, dark figures discussing a place where they can relocate and finally feel at home. A place with crowds of people, hot springs, tasty food, and a bunch of cool and fun things to do; then later, we see Rimuru and Miles talking about the expenses, and their discussion was very fruitful, and the plans for the founding festival progressed steadily.

Rimuru then asks Miles if he wants to work with him after the project is finished, which Miles gladly accepts, and that Rimuru will also provide him with a home. Rimuru then calls Ranga and instructs him to go to the Capitol and hand over the prints to Gobkyu.
