Tekken 8’s exact release and early access time announced

This means that Tekken 8 will be released simultaneously worldwide at 3 PM PT, unlike other popular titles released at midnight local time.

As a rule of thumb, all players can pre-load the title 48 hours before the release time in their local time. However, Xbox players have some reason to worry.

This is because there is no official announcement from Microsoft or Xbox yet about the release times or the pre-loading availability. However, it seems that the PC players might be in for a waiting period as Steam generally allows pre-loading only 24 hours before launching.
