Jade captures Satou in episode 3 of ‘Tales of Wedding Rings.’ After Satou is sent to prison, Jade says that he must wait 80 years before marrying Nefritis.
The Elven people are afraid of handing the ring to a stranger due to the power it holds. Moreover, the ring is currently in the Wind Temple in the hands of the former queen. Due to the ring’s power, the wind wall protects the Elven land from external intruders.
Satou takes the help of an Elder Elf to escape his prison cell and take Nefritis. However, Nefritis is forced to obey Jade and her mother’s wishes.

1. Episode 4 Release Date

I. Is Tales of Wedding Rings on a Break?
‘Tales of Wedding Rings’ is not on a break this week. Episode 4 has not been delayed and will be released on the above-stated date.
2. Episode 4 Speculation
Satou has finally understood the origins of Romca and the wind wall that protects it because of Perdot. Unless Nefritis gains the courage to break her promise and leave Romca, Satou cannot obtain the Wind Ring. The only way the Elven kingdom puts their faith in Satou is if he proves his strength.
The Abyss will most likely break through the wind wall and attack Romca. Therefore, the Elven Kingdom will be forced to put their hope in Satou. Once Satou gains the power of two rings, he will be much more powerful than in the Kingdom of Light.
Nefritis will also have to agree to marrying Satou with a kiss. This may anger Hime, but she will have to accept it for the sake of the prophecy. After protecting Romca from the attack, Satou can continue to the next destination.
3. Recap of Episode 3
The Wind Princess runs away from Satou and Hime. Jade walks out, introduces himself as the Elder Prince, and takes Satou into custody. Jade tells Satou that Nefritis is a delicate girl who loves him. Jade tells Satou to wait 80 years before Nefritis is mature enough for marriage.
Three days later, an intruder enters Satou’s cell and asks about his intentions. Satou says his only purpose is to protect Hime. The intruder shows Satou a secret exit through the wall that takes them to the Wind Temple. The Wind Regalia is on top of a statue, on the statue’s finger.
Nefritis walks into the Wind Temple and prays to her petrified parents. After spotting Satou, Nefritis passes out into Satou’s arms. Satou takes her and follows the Elder to a secret room. Nefritis eventually wakes up and throws up on Satou. Satou talks to Nefritis about his home world and makes her feel comfortable.
Nefritis opens up about wanting to explore the world but being forced to stay inside as the princess. Jade reaches the Elder’s manor and commands Nefritis and Satou to come out. Nefritis comes out and tells Jade that she wishes to follow Satou. However, Jade scares Nefritis into obeying his commands.
The Elder walks out and saves Satou from any further punishment. The Elder formally introduces herself as Perdot to both Hime and Satou. Perdot talks about the Elves’ history and the origin of the wind wall. Nefritis was forced to make a promise to her mother about never venturing outside the wind wall.
The Elven royalty initially created the wind wall using the rings’ power. After one of the first princesses cursed the Elven land, the royalty feared the Abyss taking over. Therefore, Nefritis was forced to make that promise and stay within the walls.
