Tales of Wedding Rings Ep 1 Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

‘Tales of Wedding Rings’ is an upcoming anime adaptation of the romantic fantasy manga written by Maybe and published by Square Enix.

The story follows Satou, a high school boy who has fallen in love with Hime, his best friend. However, Hime plans to return to her home world to get married. Satou refuses to accept her marriage and crashes the wedding, getting a kiss from Hime and becoming the new groom.

‘Tales of Wedding Rings’ will stream on Crunchyroll and be adapted by Staple Entertainment, known for ‘Vermeil in Gold’ and ‘Am I Actually the Strongest?’

1. Episode 1 Release Date

Episode 1 of ‘Tales of Wedding Rings’ will be released on Saturday, January 6, 2024. It is a weekly anime, and new episodes are released every Friday. You can watch ‘Tales of Wedding Rings’ anime on Crunchyroll.

The first episode will show the story of Satou and his childhood. Satou has been neighbors and friends with Hime his entire life, so he can’t imagine being without her. However, Hime must return home for her arranged marriage. 

Satou interrupts the wedding and steals Hime to be his bride. Luckily for him, Hime kisses Satou and transforms him into the next groom. However, the groom must fulfill an underlying prophecy of rings. Gaining immense power and responsibility, Satou must take the challenge and save the world.

Tales of Wedding Rings is a Japanese manga written by duo Maybe. It has been published digitally in English by Crunchyroll since June 1, 2015, and physically by Yen Press since March 6, 2018.

Satou has been in love with his childhood friend and neighbor, Hime, ever since she and her grandfather appeared out of nowhere 10 years ago. Now a dazzling, yet mysterious high school beauty, she makes it more and more difficult for him to confess his feelings.

On the day he decides to confess his feelings, he learns that Hime has to leave. Unable to give up on her, he follows her… to another world where Hime is one of the ‘five princesses of the rings’.
