Sylvester Stallone’s Memorabilia Spanning 50 Years Up For Auction

Action legend Sylvester Stallone is putting 50 years’ worth of memorabilia up for auction with Julien’s Auctions, reported Collider.

These include things from his legendary films Rocky, Rambo, The Expendables, Judge Dredd, and more, along with his personal collection of everyday luxury items.

The Rocky star has been active in the Hollywood industry since 1961. All the incredible action and scenes we can now witness (and lose our minds over) started with Stallone.

He practically single-handedly has paved the way to make Hollywood reach the peak of action.

Inspiration to many, fans can now get their hands on Stallone’s museum-worthy Memorabilia – from a diary that has personal notes of him building the premise of the first four Rocky movies to some scripts and even the necklace he wore in Rambo.

The auction, aptly titled ‘Property from the Life and Career of Sylvester Stallone’, will feature his five-decade-long career and will first be displayed at the Mall Galleries in London from September 16 to 24.

So, what incredible things are up for auction?

There are plenty of things to take home. But the highlighted auctions include boxing gloves from Rocky and Creed, the 1977 Annual Golden Globe Awards’ announcement card naming Rocky as Best Picture, original film poster concept artworks for Rocky, autographed boxing training pad, Air Jordan boxing boots from Creed, and more.

Meanwhile, Stallone’s Demolition Man sculpture is also up, which Julien has stated the price being $3,000 to $5,000. There are other sculptures from The Expendables and Cliffhanger too.

Besides the vast array of movies’ souvenirs, it will also include his personal collection, such as fine jewelry, furniture, cigars, and other luxury items.

Julien’s Auctions CEO, Darren Julie n, described the actor as “one of the great icons and immense talents of the 20th and 21st century who is the epitome of a multi-hyphenated Hollywood superstar.”

Stallone isn’t only an actor but also the reason why the iconic character Rocky Balboa even exists. He directed four, wrote four, and co-wrote two of the eight films in Rocky’s franchise.
