Book distributor Nippan’s Hon no Hikidashi website is listing the fifth volume of Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale manga as the final volume. The final volume will ship in Japan on April 27.
Sword Art Online is a virtual reality MMO game that people connect to through a VR headset known as Nervegear. The Nerve Gear is connected to your head from where it detects every nerve in your body and paralyzes it so you can gain control of it in the game.
The new game, Ordinal Scale, is causing a lot of strange things to happen in the game, and Kirito and the gang are expected to face a new set of dangers in the upcoming chapters.
