Setsu and Levia begin their journey to the Demonic Kingdom in episode 3 of Summoned to Another World for a Second Time, titled “Frying a Squid for a second time.”
Levia, the god of the seas, fights off against a giant squid in the ocean, proving to be a tricky opponent. Eventually defeating the squid, they’re met with lots of appreciation from a nearby village of the Demonic Island and also meet up with some old friends of the Kingdom.
Hearing the story of the war’s start from both sides, Setsu finally begins to understand the reason behind the conflict and the shady contradictions in both stories.

1. Episode 4 Speculation:
Levia and Setsu now go on the same path they used five years ago to get to the Demonic Kingdom and meet Dezastol directly. He has heard everything from Vlad’s story and has a good idea of the true mastermind behind the war.
The conflict could not have started from either side since both stories contradict, saying that the other started attacking first. The merchant who sold the necklace likely has an extreme involvement in the start of the war, even if he is not the actual mastermind.

As powerful sea monsters and squids battle it out in the other dimension, Setsu sits on the sidelines and cheers on Levia to fight against the giant squid, a fight in which he is getting wholly outclassed.
Setsu introduces Levia properly as she transforms back into her human-looking form as screams at him for not helping him. He tries apologizing and getting out of it, but she continues to be highly annoyed.
The Giant Squid lies incapacitated in the back as they try and figure out what to do with it. Eventually, they decide to fry it deep and eat it in squid ring form. Levia talks about Dezas and finds out the girl has no idea her package is addressed to the demon lord, Dezastol themselves.
As Setsu and Levia argue over his behavior, a group of tiny demon kids tries to help them. After feeding them some squid rings, the kids accompany the group, as well as the giant squid, into the village, freaking out all of the elders.
Finally, having the squid monster defeated, the village parties and honors Levia with praise and gifts. A squid rings stall and multiple food stalls make the party a great spectacle, especially with Setsu showing off his swordsmanship on the squid’s tentacles.
Vlad, the head of Dezastol’s squadrons, sees the fire in the village and runs to put an end to it. Meanwhile, the girl’s conversation with Levia lets her discover that the Setsu she knows is the legendary hero himself. Vlad interrupts the partying, mistaking it for a fire, but is treated to squid rings instead.
Vlad reunites with Levia and Setsu back in the harbor and gives them an update on the war and Dezas’s current state. Cursed by a war that even they could not dispel, the conflict between the humans and the demons has escalated ever since Setsu left.
Setsu and Levia set out to the Demonic Kingdom castle as they recall old memories, where they trod the same path five years ago. She lets Setsu conserve his magic power and removes all the obstacles, including multiple packs of wolves.
Setsu goes over the story of Vlad and Distinia, blaming each other for attacking first. Amidst the actual conflict comes a shady merchant selling a necklace; the story seems highly shady to him.

Summoned To Another World For A Second Time (Isekai Shoukan wa Nidome desu) is a harem-comedy light novel, written by Kazuha Kishimoto. It began publishing online on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2015.
The story features a typical isekai protagonist summoned to another world where he becomes a famous hero. The real story starts when a mishap lands the hero back in his original world where he was nothing but a lame high-schooler, and on top of that, he has to begin his life again as a baby.
