Dress to Impress (DTI) has launched its competitive mode, Style Showdown, featuring new fashion, challenges, and gameplay updates.

Models, get ready to be lethal, because your looks are really gonna need to kill the scoreboard!

1. What is Dress To Impress: Style Showdown?

Strut your style in Dress to Impress’ competitive game mode, Style Showdown!

To join the competition, enter the Style Showdown lobby and queue up with nine other players.

Hosted by the fabulous Lana, here’s how this fashion contest runs, where only the most stylish players reign supreme:

• Your goal is to survive the competition, round after round, by impressing the judges (that is, your opponents) with your immaculate fashion sense.
• Each round, you’ll vote for the top three outfits, and the players with the fewest votes will be eliminated, shrinking the voting pool.
• In the event of a tie for the lowest votes, Lana will randomly eliminate one of the tied contestants, adding a layer of drama to the competition.
• Earning Style Stars is key to success in DTI Style Showdown. You’ll receive these special stars when you win a round, but failing to vote for enough players will result in lost stars.
• In the grand finale, the players you eliminated throughout the game will judge and choose the winner from the top 3 contestants. The player with the most votes will be crowned the ultimate winner.

Please note that Style Showdown is still in its testing phase, so you may encounter some bugs. Your feedback will be invaluable in helping us improve the experience.

2. Style Showdown: Gameplay and Challenges

Each round in Style Showdown brings a new theme, such as “Scout,” “Spice Girls,” or “2000s,” similar to the classic game mode, but with a twist to the gameplay:

• Race Against Time: You’ll have just three minutes to create your best look for each theme.
• Speedy Changing: Dressing rooms have been removed to make the game faster and more convenient.
• Exclusive VIP Items: Look out for special “VIP” labeled items in the main area, instead of a separate VIP room.
• Second Try Lifeline: Avoid elimination with the “Immunity” game pass, available for 249 Robux.

To add an extra layer of excitement, there are 8 new challenges to test your dress-up skills:

• Random Item: A mystery item will be stuck in your inventory for the round, forcing you to incorporate it into your look.
• Limited Items: You’ll have to work with a restricted set of items, randomly selected by the game.
• Item Lock: Certain items will be locked in place for the round, challenging you to create a cohesive look.
• Immunity Idol: Gain temporary safety from elimination, regardless of the voting results.
• Double Elimination: Two players will be eliminated at once, raising the stakes.
• Vote Reveal: Lana will expose every vote, showing who each player voted for.
• Pose Sync: Engage in a pose-syncing battle, where timing is everything. The player with the most perfect syncs wins.
• Speed Round: Get ready to dress to impress in record time, with a shortened time limit to create your look.

3. Dress To Impress Game Updates

The main game also got a fancy upgrade! Four brand-new clothing items have been added, three of which are:

• A trendy jacket
• Chic heels
• A fashionable skirt with a slit

Style Showdown is also gifting you three free items:

• A customizable dress

But that’s not all! Customization options have been enhanced:

• New makeup choices for eyes, brows, lips, and face shape
• Additional options for moles and nose styles
