Peleliu: Guernica of Paradise strips war of its fake glory and blatantly points out its evils. The new anime will make people aware of World War II.
Peleliu: Guernica of Paradise is getting adapted into an anime. The series will also receive a spinoff manga.
The spinoff manga is titled “Peleliu Gaiden. Young Animal.” The launch dates of both the anime and the spinoff manga have not been revealed yet.
It is a beautiful portrayal of the reality of war. The simplistic and peaceful artstyle stands in contrast to the plot and brings out the reality even more.
Tamaru dreams of being a mangaka, but he is dragged to war due to the enlistment program. He will give us an account of his daily soldier life.
