Hakuoki

Hakuoki is one of the most beloved otome franchises ever. Ever since its release, we get it in some form or another, be it a spinoff game, an anime, movie, or OVA, like this time around.

The official website for Otamate’s gaming franchise Hakuoki has released a promotional video for the upcoming original video animation.

The PV begins in a moonlight Kyoto where we see glimpses of Chizuru and the rest of the Shinsengumi.

The visual shows Chizuru at the centre, with other key members of the Shinsengumi: Hajime, Souji, Heisuke, Sanosuke, and Toshizou.

Although this original story introduces a new character into the franchise, we don’t know if he will be the main love interest in the story.
