While the pandemic was raging throughout the world, Japan fought tooth and nail to give the world a ray of hope through the Tokyo Olympics.

The Tokyo 2020 Olympics Official Program manual was released by Kadokawa before the event is held from 23rd July to 8th August 2021.

What will draw the otakus to this special event is that this book contains illustrations by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, Eiichiro Oda, and Hajime Isayama!

Isayama has drawn a very detailed poster on sport climbing that shows us the thrill of it.

All these artists have created commemorative illustrations in their own styles and each of them is unique.

I am proud to see how the mangakas are trying to instill a sense of hope and wonder into us through their efforts.
