Mangaka Dies Of Aortic Dissection

The original author of Stalker Jokers, Hiromichi Oga, died of aortic dissection on November 6th.
Kodansha’s Evening magazine broke the news about the sudden demise of Hiromichi Oga on November 13.
Aortic Dissection is a serious condition where there is a tear in a major artery's wall carrying blood out of the heart.
Kodansha released a notice stating that they were in talks with the artist, Hiroto Oishi regarding the future of the manga.
The manga serializes on the webcomic distribution site Comic Days. With the release of the 4th vol, the manga changed to digital-only volumes in May.
The series emphasizes how stalking is overlooked as a serious social issue even though the number of incidents increases day by day.
