Premiere in January 2021

An official website for Kemono Jihen has been opened and it announced the anime adaptation of the series. The anime will premiere in January 2021.
An advanced screening of the first episode will be done in the Jump Festa’21 event. It will be an online event which will be held in December.
A visual for the anime has been released depicting the main characters with Dorotabo taking the central stage and the detective Inugami also shown.
Studio Ajia-do is in charge of producing the anime. Masaya Fujimori is directing the series. Natsumi Fujiwara and Junichi Suwabe are among the main cast.
Kemono Jihen is the anime adaptation of an on-going mystery manga of the same name by Shou Aimoto which began serialization in Jump SQ in 2016.
Inumaru, an occult detective is called for an investigation. A boy nicknamed “Dorotabo” helps him out. However, the boy himself is wrapped in mystery.
