Janomenome

If you are a hardcore comedy anime fan, there is no way you don’t know about Gokusen. The comic series about the daughter of a yakuza household hits all the right spots.

Gokusen’s mangaka, Kozueko Morimoto, will launch a new manga, Janomenome. The series will start serialization from February 28, 2022, in Cocohana magazine.

Janomenome will be featured on the cover page of the magazine’s April issue. Its first chapter will also receive an opening color page.

The manga is about Tōko, a girl who exorcizes ghosts with the help of her special eyes.

Although the premise gives off horror manga vibes, I’m sure that Morimoto-sensei will know how to put a spin on it and make it hilarious.

I can’t wait to see the vintage designs of the mangaka once again, as she is sure to debut another masterpiece series.
