From two original android characters to a Gohan-centric trailer, Dragon Ball Super has already made some bold moves.
The Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie will be released in theaters across Japan on April 22, 2022. It will also be screened in North America this summer.
A virtual event was held this Saturday that involved the staff members of the film. Some clips from the film were also streamed during the event.
The first clip showed Dr. Hedo blowing up a base camp or prison-type area. In the second clip, Gamma 2, one of the original characters can be seen attacking Piccolo.
Gohan is present in the final video, and he fights Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. It looks like both the androids are working for Hedo.
This will be the 21st film of the franchise, and its latest visual shows all the main characters who will be in the movie.
With original characters and plot, the upcoming film is sure to keep us on the edge of our seats. The Red Ribbon Army will be resurrected again, and only the Saiyans can stop them.
