Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Manga

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, Demon Slayer: Mugen Train theatres have been filled to the brim. The movie was released on Oct 16th.
It quickly earned US$30 million in the first 3 days. So it was no surprise that all 22 Vol. of the series took the top spots of Oricon’s sales chart for this week.
The 22nd Vol. is still in the #1 spot for four consecutive weeks selling over 326,000 copies. The manga broke its own record by 6 times.
The series took the top 19 spots with Vol. 19 placed at #1. Vol. 20 took #1 and #2 for the regular & limited manga versions.
The popular manga thus received attention due to the huge success of the film. Since fans were ready to dive into the manga after watching the movie.
Demon Slayer is now the second-highest selling manga of 2019 from Shueisha while One Piece takes the #1 spot.
