Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, the 21st anime film of the franchise, faced a setback before its release, but it looks like the movie is back on track again.
Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment have recently announced that they will screen the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie globally in summer 2022.
The teaser shows the return of Red Ribbon Army, who Goku had already defeated in the past.
Another notable thing is the increased screentime of Gohan, even little Pan is present in some of the action scenes. I’m really excited for the next generation to take over.
It is also the first movie that Crunchyroll is releasing in theaters for a global audience.
Dragon Ball Super’s upcoming film is going to be one of the big league releases this year, and I am sure that under Akira Toriyama’s watchful eyes, it is guaranteed to be a hit.
