Boruto 51 Spoilers & Theories

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is currently in the Kawaki arc, where Isshiki keeps beating up our protagonists. But, Naruto will not let us down.
In the spoilers, Boruto realizes that Isshiki cannot kill him & Isshiki won’t let him die. So he distracts Isshiki with Sasuke but Boruto’s arm gets broken.
Meanwhile, Naruto unlocks a new Kyuubi form. The new form looks stunning, almost as if he has combined himself with Kurama.
Just like a Kyuubi, nine protrusions arise from his back. But, Kurama warns Naruto that this new form might need a 'sacrifice' on his part.
There is a high chance that Naruto might not die. He may lose some of his powers. An illness that is hinted at in Sasuke Retsuden might be a possibility.
In place of Naruto, Sasuke can be the one sacrificing himself. Boruto might get injured, since the chapter is titled 'Sacrifice,' someone will lose something.
