Just when Black Clover fans had resigned themselves to believing that Gaja received a vain death, Tabata surprises us by pulling a reverse UNO card in chapter 302.

Gaja is now back in all his thunderous glory, except the gaping hole in his body. He is once again ready to go all out against Megicula.

Rill’s timely spell activation prevented Gaja from passing out due to the pain and eventually succumbing to it.

Yet, Rill himself admits that once the spell wears off, all the pain will come crashing in.

It looks like Gaja will keep fighting till Megicula’s hold on Lolopechka is released.
