Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Episode 4 Speculation
The landing party beams to different locations around Los Angeles in pursuit of the Watcher. However, Rios falls from a fire escape in the process, the clinic he is taken to gets raided by immigration, and he is taken into custody.
On a brighter note, Jurati is able to obtain the Watcher’s location coordinates.
The team is unable to contact Rios, which means they will have to set out on a rescue mission in addition to their efforts to restore the timeline. How will Picard and the crew rescue their friend? Stay tuned to find out.

Star Trek: Picard Season 2 Episode 3 Recap
Picard and the team are faced with a new challenge after the standoff with Borg queen causes Q to alter their reality.
In this new dark timeline, the United Federation of Planets has been replaced by the brutal Confederation of Earth, and any opposing alien force has been conquered and destroyed.
Once they are able to recall their previous lives, Picard and his team reunite and rescue the Borg Queen. However, they are being pursued by the Confederation authorities and Elnor gets shot in the process.
Raffi takes Elnor to sickbay, but he later succumbs to his injuries and passes away.
During the chaos, the Queen ends up getting free from her restraints and takes control of the ship. Later, Picard manages to crash land the ship just outside of Los Angeles.
The rest of the crew is frustrated with Picard’s attention to spare the Queen, but he says that she mentioned a being known as the Watcher, who could help them restore the altered timeline back to the original.
Coincidentally, the Watcher exists in Los Angeles during the current timeline.
