A few days ago, Mediatonic, the developers of Fall Guys, released details on how the game’s season 2 will be. Among the reveal was the release of the map Knight Fever, set in a medieval-like theme as per the game’s second season.
One of the most exciting or strangest things, depending on how you look at it, was a super mean-looking spiked-roller that is bound to kick all the jelly beans out of the park!
Jelly beans, Jelly Beans, sent flying with all the means!
Has a nice ring to it, no?
Now, Mediatonic has revealed many more details about the season, including the roller’s name, and let me tell you, it is nothing short of glorious!
It’s the one, the only, THICC BONKUS!
Yeah, glorious, isn’t it?
Other than that, more spicy information was revealed as well, such as how due to popular requests, costume randomization would also be added in season 2.
The suggestion came from Fall Guys’ discord server, where fans have a certain level of influence on the game’s updates.
Coming back to Thicc Bonkus, it seems to be a continuation of the season one’s tradition, where Big Yeetus Hammer, the spiked-pendulum that sent all the jelly beans flying, was added to the game through an update.
That said, many people may not receive the announcement of the spiked roller’s great name so well.
After all, the words Thicc Bonkus may receive a few raised eyebrows from parents. Who can blame them either?
Regardless, it is still kind of worrying to think how long Fall Guys and Mediatonic can stay relevant with their unique take on the battle royale genre, where monoliths like Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds and Fortnite failed to some degrees as well.
Not to mention, Among Us is also high on its tail, like an imposter slowly killing its way through the crewmates.
That said, let’s hope that the second season of Fall Guys proves to be even more fruitful and successful than the game’s original launch!

About Fall Guys
Released on August 4, 2020, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a battle royale developed by Mediatonic for platforms like PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows.
It is one of those battle royales which without even a hint of explosives and fireworks offers a gameplay that is nothing short of dramatic and out of the ordinary moments.
Fall Guys deploys quick tempo gameplay where up to 60 players engage as adorable jelly-like characters. One can specially alter the design of jelly as per the inclinations too.
To further emphasize this, the game is divided into distinct mini-games. Every mini-game varies from another. If one requires users to eliminate others then the next mini-game demands players to join hands and put on a display of joint effort.
Every match of the game lasts for 15 minutes and overflows with running, bouncing, jumping, and snatching items. This is done to avoid obstacles and elimination from a particular round. The last standing gamer is declared as the winner.
Being slow here means elimination, simple as that.
When the game was available for pre-order, it became the sixth top-selling game on Stream. It also caught the attention of 1.5 million players within the first day of its release. Fall Guys is very appreciated and cherished throughout the globe.
