A new behind-the-scenes image from Spider-Man: No Way Home shows a bloodied and bruised Peter Parker, played by Tom Holland.
The third part of Sony and Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man franchise is one of the most highly awaited movies of 2021. Production began last year, but the high level of privacy encircling the movie implies the studio is doing everything possible to keep the set photos from leaking. Until early 2021, the movie’s title wasn’t even confirmed, and that happened only after the studios messed with fans by having the cast post fake titles on Instagram.
Since Spider-Man: No Way Home isn’t due until December, there is still any footage from the movie to be released. However, Marvel and Sony did authorize the prominent cast members to share a few first-look images.
The photos smartly kept the focus on Peter Parker (Tom Holland), Michelle (Zendaya), and Ned Leeds (Jacob Batalon). The trio seems to be together on a new adventure. This makes sense after Spider-Man: Far From Home‘s climax saw Spider-Man’s secret identity revealed to the world.
Recently, a new unofficial photo brings the trio back together but shows a beaten-up Spider-Man. The latest Spider-Man: No Way Home image via @SpideyNews is a behind-the-scenes look at the cast and crew of the MCU blockbuster. The photos reveal multiple bloody cuts and bruises on Holland’s face, teasing Spider-Man having his hands full with the opponents he battles in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
This recent picture comes in conjunction with the news that Spider-Man: No Way Home has finished filming. Fans will now clearly begin counting down the days until a trailer is broadcasted. While the official marketing pictures and trailers hopefully won’t disclose all the surprises the movie has in store, they can at least give fans a better knowledge of what to expect.
