Solo Leveling: ARISE recently came out on May 8th. The game has left everyone running crazy! There were 12 million pre-registrations but it makes sense since it is one of the most hyped webtoons. As you begin to enter the world of Solo Leveling through Sung Jinwoo’s POV, here’s a handy list, ranking all the weapons you need to get your hands on.

There are six categories– Tier S+ is the ultimate weapon, Tier S weapons are up there, Tier A picks get the job done, Tier B are good enough, Tier C are starter guns and Tier D is what you go for when there’s no other choice.

1. Demonic Plum Flower Sword

It is the best SSR weapon out there to land critical and fatal hits on monsters.

2. The Huntsman

• Rarity: SSR
• Element: Light

It deals Light elemental damage.Within a distance of 4m, its attacks will increase damage by 50%.

3. Thethis’ Grimoire

• Rarity: SSR
• Element: Water

It inflicts the Cold Ice effect which can halt an enemy for a few seconds and deliver additional damage after it ends.

4. Demon King’s Longsword

• Rarity: SSR
• Element: Wind

Its USP is Lightning– a temporary shield which can act as a great defense when getting hit consecutively.

1. West Wind

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Wind

It deals Wind elemental damage by spinning and firing wind bullets in all directions.

2. Moonshadow

• Rarity: SSR
• Element: Dark

Its special attack is called Moonglow Shining in the Dark. Jinwoo slashes a full moon covered in shadows, causing it to explode.

3. Orb of Avarice

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Fire

It increases Purgatory’s damage by 50% and boosts MP consumption by 10%.

4. Radiru Family’s Longbow

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Light

Its base attack is that it fires arrows of light at a fast pace.

5. Shadow Scythe

• Rarity: SSR
• Element: Dark

It deals Dark elemental damage to enemies. With an upgrade, it increases Jinwoo’s critical hit rate by 25%.

Tier A

1. Kasaka’s Venom Fang

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Water

As evident from its name, the dagger contains venom and paralyzes an opponent when stabbed with it. It also causes the enemy to bleed, losing 1% health every second.

2. Naga Guardian Dragon’s Trident

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Water

Its special attack called the Holy Spear collects water and shoots it forward with a brutal force.

3. Vulcan’s Rage

• Rarity: SSR
• Element: Fire

Jinwoo violently swings the weapon in nonstop motions, damaging anyone within proximity.

Tier B

1. Baruka’s Dagger

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Wind

Originally owned by Baruka, it grants the user an attack power boost of +110 and an agility boost of +10.

2. Black Hawk

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Dark

It deals Dark elemental damage. Jinwoo fires bullets of darkness in all directions, making it a good weapon to clear out a swarm of opponents.

3. Burning Demon’s Grimoire

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Fire

When Burst is activated, it applies an attack based on the user’s MP. It then recovers or consumes MP according to its level. 

4. Knight Killer

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Fire

It increases the user’s Defense Penetration by 2.4% and lasts for 20 seconds.

Tier C

1. Demon Knight’s Spear

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Light

With an advancement of one star, it recovers 1% MP whenever it hits.

2. Frostbite Falchion

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Water

Its Freeze skill interrupts the target for two seconds. 

3. Lustrous Dragon Sword

• Rarity: SR
• Element: Light

If the user’s HP is more than 80%, it applies the Energy of the Light Dragon effect which increases attack by 8%.

Tier D

1. Kim Sangshik’s Sword

• Rarity: R
• Element: Wind

It is a large two handed steel and was used for the last time when fighting against the Blue-Venom Fanged Kasaka.

2. Ice Elf’s Bow

• Rarity: R
• Element: Water 

Its Freeze skill interrupts the target for 0.5 seconds.

3. Knight’s Sword

• Rarity: R
• Element: Wind 

Its Chivalry effect boosts the user’s defense by 400 for 15 seconds.

4. Lycan Slayer

• Rarity: R
• Element: Light

When the Core Attack is used, it increases damage by 50% and lasts for 8 seconds.

5. Lizard Glaive

• Rarity: R
• Element: Water

When Lizard Pierce is used, there’s an 80% chance that it will reset its cooldown.
