However, it didn’t stop Sung Jin-Woo from enjoying his final hours with someone special. Just what everyone was waiting to see, Jin-Woo goes out on a date with hunter Cha Hae-In.

After all, these two are the strongest hunters in the country, so their hangout has to be something out of the box.

How did their Friendship start?

Ever since Jin-Woo got reawakened, he has grown a lot more attractive. Not just by how he looks but also by his personality, mindset, and sense of reliability.

However, that’s not the reason why Chae Hae-In got interested in Jin-Woo. The veteran swordsman has always been sensitive to the smell of magic, but since Jin-Woo is a player (neither a hunter nor a monster), she found him different from the rest.

If that’s not enough reason to fall for someone, let me remind you that Jin-Woo saved Cha Hae-In’s life in the Jeju island raid. It was right after that that Hae-In tried to join the Ahjin Guild.

Is Sung Jin-Woo Really in Love with Cha Hae-In?

Despite how much he tries to act tough and emotionless, he is a very caring person, to begin with. We saw that when Yoo Jin-Ho got kidnapped by Hwang Dong-Su.

Back in the double dungeon, Cha Hae-In put her life on the line to save Jin-Woo. Not only that, she claimed Jin Woo to be her friend. Surprisingly, Jin-Woo was well awake when all that happened.

So, spending some quality time with Hae-In is Jin-Woo’s way of thanking her for what she did and recognizing her as a friend. I am pretty sure that Jin-Woo wouldn’t have gone so far if he didn’t have a liking for her.

However, it’s still too early to call them a couple yet. They are more like two individuals having mutual respect for each other.

Incidentally, we know that Hae-In has romantic feelings towards Jin-Woo, but there’s no way of confirming if Jin-Woo feels the same way. Moreover, Jin-Woo has more important things to deal with right now, rather than getting engaged with someone.

What was so Special about the Date?

Jin-Woo takes Hae-In to the amusement park, which is built on the place where the gate that took his dad appeared. He always wanted to visit the place at least once.

But the rides weren’t fast and scary enough to intimidate the S-rank hunters, who are used to risking their lives every day.

To make things a little more exciting, Jin-Woo summons Kaisel, the creature whom the Demon King used to ride. They fly around the city through the beautiful golden sky over the back of that ferocious monster.

That’s not all; Jin-Woo takes her far away from the hustle and bustle of the city to show her the beautiful night sky filled with stars. Thus, we can say that Jin-Woo and Hae-In’s little ‘friend date’ surely lived up to their S-class rank.
