Snowdrop Episode 8 Speculation
Su-Ho figures out that a deal had been made with the North. He tells the Chairman that they will kill a student every ten minutes and that he will be responsible for their deaths. He removes all the microphones in the dorm so the ANSP cannot listen in anymore. However, he brings Dr. Kang to their operation room and his teammate also finds out she’s a superior from their country who is also a part of the mission.
Now that he knows the importance of Young-Ro’s life he will use it as his biggest leverage. Young-Ro confronts him and asks him why he still has the paper plane. It’s possible that Su-Ho still has feelings for Young-Ro, but he still has a mission to serve his country. Since he also has a superior from his country in the situation with him, he will have to make sure his feelings for her do not diminish his credibility.
Will any of the hostages figure out that Dr. Kang is also a spy from the North? Find out in the next episode.

Snowdrop Episode 7 Recap
Young-Ro tells Su-Ho that she’s the daughter of the ANSP chairman and asks him to release one more hostage in her place. He tells her that she’s just a human shield to him and she’s not in the position to place any demands on him. Dr. Kang tells Su-Ho about the microphones all over the dorm and writes on her hand that the SWAT team will break in soon.
Su-Ho asks Gang-Moo about the chairman and about the bombs that have been placed throughout the dorm so that everyone who’s listening in hears him. Nine hostages are released. As the situation progresses and the story leaks to the press, the party officials decide to call off the SWAT team.
The MSS deputy director tells the ANSP chairman to kill the spies. While Dr. Kang is tending to Gang-Moo’s injuries, one of the spies gets suspicious and finds the gun in her bag. He puts the doctor in front of the window, causing the situation to escalate even more. During the commotion, Gang-Moo tosses a gun to Young-Ro who picks it up and points it at Su-Ho.
