Skate-Leading Stars is an upcoming anime television series created by Gorō Taniguchi. It is based on a group of high schoolers who participate in Skate Leading competitions.
It’s been three years since Yuri on Ice became popular, gaining major popularity from otakus and fans of ice skating. Being one of the most anticipated anime releases, Skate Leading Stars has some big shoes to fill!
The official website of Skate-Leading Stars announced the anime to premiere on 10th January 2021. They also released the details of broadcast timings in Japan of the anime.
It is set to be broadcasted on TV from January 10 on TOKYO MX, BS11, and MBS, including various other services. The broadcast timings of the anime are mentioned below:

Skate-Leading Stars is about Kensei Maeshima, a figure skater who dropped out of the sport after Reo Shinozaki, his rival stated that Maeshima was incapable of beating him.
After a few years, Maeshima, now a high schooler, uses his physical talent by being a part of a club where he never sets his heart to pursue one thing. He meets Sasugai, an aspiring skater who approaches Maeshima to join the sport once again.
The anime was set to premiere in July 2020 but was delayed due to the pandemic.

Skate Leading Stars is an original anime that showcases the figure skating world. The story revolves around the protagonist Kensei Maeshima who left figure skating after his rival, Reo Shinozaki, declares Maeshima incapable of beating him.
Maeshima joins high school a few years later, but he seems detached from any club activities as he lives with the hollow that leaving skating had created.
But incidentally, he is dragged back into the world of competitive figure skating. What new experiences and people will Maeshima encounter?
