What can I say about ‘SK8 the Infinity’? It is one of the most hilarious, crass, and unique shows that features the ‘friendship’ between Reki and Langa as they bond over skateboarding.
Fans were captivated by the crazy skateboarding scenes and were equally impressed by the compelling chemistry between the main characters.
We all wished for the original anime to receive a second season, as we couldn’t even turn to manga. And while we aren’t getting a second season, it is still exciting to receive additional content.

The teaser visual depicts our favorite ‘couple’ Matcha- Blossom (Cherry Blossom and Joe) in their high school. They seem to be bickering about something, as usual.
The prominent staff members for the first season of the anime are returning for the OVA. Hiroko Utsumi is directing the anime at BONES.
Though there isn’t any information about the plot, there’s a heavy possibility of this OVA focusing on the backstory of Joe, Cherry, and Adam.
It would be exciting to explore the relationship dynamics of our favorite characters with this new OVA.

The brand new “SK8 the Infinity” original anime by Studio Bones debuting in Winter 2021.
The anime focuses on a second-year high schooler, Reki, who loves skateboarding. He gets mixed up in “S,” a dangerous no-rules underground skateboard race at an abandoned mine.
The plot follows dirty racers, AI racers, and other intriguing individuals to compete in the “youth skateboard race battle.”
