Sixth Episode of Zom 100 Delayed Due to The World Athletics Championships

Zom 100 is an anime that successfully depicts Japan’s toxic work culture. The main protagonist was more willing to combat zombies than work for his company anymore.

The new concept of colorful zombies has attracted quite a few people. Zom 100 quickly rose to fame, with many fans awaiting new episodes. However, there is a delay in the release of the sixth episode making it the first anime this season with repeated setbacks. Here are all the details you need to know about the situation.

The official Twitter account for Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead announced that the anime’s sixth episode will be delayed by one week to August 27. The 2023 World Athletics Championships will instead air on August 20 in Japan.

Fans of this anime are incredibly frustrated with the delay of Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, as the show has encountered three back-to-back instances of delayed episodes.

The fifth episode was a “cinematic masterpiece,” and the wait for the next episode is even more intense. The delay has disappointed many fans who were incredibly excited about the new episode.

These delays have occurred since Episode 4, “Flight Attendant of the Dead.” This episode was delayed due to production circumstances, which is understandable.

The fifth episode, “Hero of the Dead,” was postponed by a week due to airing of a special episode titled 100 Things You Need To Prepare To Run Away From Zombies, which was released only in local places.

Zom: 100 Bucket List of the Dead is the only series postponed due to the 2023 World Athletics Championship. And fans are puzzled at their bad luck, which seems to surround their favorite show.

However, there is nothing we can do in this situation. We can only wait for the release and catch up with other shows.
