Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 features an exciting storyline filled with choices that will influence your journey throughout the game. One of your first decisions is whether to inform Von Bergow about Semine. This choice arises during the “Necessary Evil” quest, in which Von Bergow asks you to interrogate a captured bandit.
You will learn that the groom from a wedding you recently attended is involved with the bandits who are causing trouble in the region. Since he resides in the village of Semine, your task is to ride there with Von Bergow’s men, bring him to justice, and gather more information about the bandits’ hideout.

Players should not tell Von Bergow about Semine in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

Choosing to defend the villagers and the castle is the more honorable option. This is the way to go if you want Henry to be a man of honor.
However, if you think more about personal gain, you can greatly benefit from supporting Von Bergow’s men. This way, you can loot the entire fort, which you cannot do in the other choice. You can find good gear in the chests and valuable items that will sell for a lot.
2. All the Choices and their Outcomes
2.1 Siding with Von Bergow
If you tell Von Bergow that Olda Semine is working with bandits, he will ask Bergow Hashek to gather a force to ride with you and Hans to Semine Castle. If you fail to prove Olda’s involvement during the interrogation, Hashek will mention Olda’s disappearance at the wedding to Von Bergow, and the raid on Semine will still occur.

Later, you will see that Hashek is still hurt from the ambush that killed some of his friends, and he plans to take no prisoners. Once you reach the keep, you will confront Lord Semine about his son. The lord does not want to hand over Olda, which will lead to a fight, no matter what you do.
2.2 Siding with Semine
You decide to defend the village of Semine; then you’ll have to contend with all the soldiers you rode herewith. This creates a problem, as you can’t let Von Bergow know you’ve betrayed him.

To cover your tracks, it’s decided to evacuate everyone from the fort and set fire to destroy the evidence of what happened. This means that the fort ends up destroyed either way, but at least this way, all its inhabitants will survive. Plus, you’ll still get the location of the bandits that you need.
