As a result of previous game performances, coach Kamiya announced the starting lineup. The team is as follows: Goalie: Amagai, Center-backs: Goto and Yamaguchi, Full-backs: Nakano and Tatsunami, Attacking midfielder: Kurokawa, Defensive midfielders: Matsuhashi and Sonada, Wing-backs: Kazama and Hayashi, Center forward: Tsuji.

Tsuji’s announcement as a center forward was met with surprise by the entire team. As Kurukawa couldn’t restrain himself, he asked why he chose Tsuji. As Tsuji got defensive, he told the coach that he had no intention of joining the team.

The coach appeared unconcerned about Tsuji joining the team, saying that if he didn’t, then there would be 10 players on the team. Sahara wasn’t very pleased with Kamiya’s decision.

Kazekawa High’s soccer club will shut down if they cannot win a single match. As soon as Tsuji was selected instead of Sahara, which they had played before, everyone started booing him. The only option left to Tsuji was to join the team.

As coach Kamiya announced, they won’t be able to touch the ball until over two weeks before their practice match. There was a look of shock on the faces of everyone present.

When everyone on the team was jogging and practicing, Sahara burst out and said he was superior to Tsuji in every way, but still, he wasn’t chosen. Kazama made some personal remarks about Tsuji, saying he wasn’t a starter.

As Tsuji was about to hit Kazama, the coach appeared out of nowhere and stopped him. He was then asked to come to the home ec room during lunchtime.

As Kazama and Kurukawa believed that the coach decided to train Tsuji differently, they weren’t willing to let this opportunity pass them by. In spite of the lack of competition, Kazama was eager to beat Tsuji. The coach requested that he drink a cup of tea made from fresh leaves instead of those available in the supermarket.

Following this, everyone was seen picking fresh tea leaves at the tea farm. Rather than practicing for the match, they spent a lot of time doing unnecessary things, which made them exhausted and irritated. Kamiya’s skills were doubted by everyone! How good of a coach is he?

During the process of emptying the leaves from his bag, Tsuji overheard a conversation in which he was portrayed as a villain. A sad feeling overtook him, and he left without saying a word.

When Tsuji returned from dinner, the coach told him to clean the plates before leaving. It made him feel uncomfortable to do all the chores by himself, so Kazama and Kurukawa volunteered to help him.

After inviting him to tag along, Kazama offered Tsuji a popsicle later that night. The gesture surprised Kurokawa, and he told Tsuji that Kazama was likely trying to make friends with him by sharing a popsicle with him. Kazama refused and aggressively argued with Tsuji, making him leave.

Within two weeks, the coach announced that the team had to win at least one game without kicking the ball. Tsuji was wrongly chosen by the coach, according to one of the teammates.

There was no argument between the coach and the student. The same teammate said he would accept Tsuji if he scored against him, otherwise, he would leave.

After the match began, Tsuji attempted to score a goal but failed a few times before Kazama’s scream motivated him, so he improved his gameplay, which caused him to run into the opponent’s teammate, causing him to get hurt.

When the game was paused, the coach wanted Tsuji to go to the hospital, but he didn’t and immediately resumed playing.

The goal was scored by Kazama because Tsuji played really well. Goalkeeper Amagai appeared stunned when Tsuji scored a goal and told him Tsuji was better than Sahara, so he accepted him into the team immediately.

The members of Sahara’s group left angrily. As a result of a lack of players, Kazama feared that his club would shut down soon and pleaded with Tsuji to win the match.
