Episode 2 of Shoot! Goal to the Future showed the match between Nomada High and Kakegawa High. It was clear that Tsuji and his teammates tried their best to score against Nomada, but observing their players, they were incredible with their moves.

It surprised everyone on Tsuji’s team to see Kokubo because he was an excellent player and was offered the chance to play youth soccer in England. Kokubo described Tsuji as a genius, especially if he was allowed to shoot.

It’s for that reason he calls him Shoot instead of Hideto. After that, he began to thank him for helping him achieve success because of Tsuji.
