The original anime series, Shinobi no Ittoki, promises to bring back the classic ninja wars. Now you might expect the protagonist to be a seasoned warrior, but he is nothing of the sort. Ittoki is an average high school student who gets caught up in a feud between ninja clans.
Turns out, the boy is the heir of the Iga clan. Not only does he inherit a cool title, but also generations of rivalry with the Kogas. As the anime debuts, you will find out how Ittoki saves himself from this sudden development.
It has just been confirmed that the Shinobi no Ittoki anime will be released on October 4, 2022. A new full-length trailer has been revealed to give you a taste of the battles that Ittoki will be forced to fight:
IIttoki was returning from school on a normal day when he was suddenly attacked and dragged into the world of ninjas. Is it really his fault that his parents didn’t tell him about his descendants?
The conflict between the Iga and the Koga clans has been graphically portrayed. I’m going to take a guess here and assume that Ittoki’s goal will be to unite these clans right after he saves himself.
“Hikari,” the anime’s opening theme song by Humbreaders, is also previewed in the trailer. Its energetic beats match all the ordeals Ittoki has to go through.

Ittoki might have spent his whole life in blissful ignorance, but it’s time to wake up to reality. In the upcoming anime, you’ll see Ittoki’s rise to power from a nobody to (hopefully) an acclaimed ninja.
