Shaman King is coming back with an all-new anime adaptation, taking us back to the world full of ghosts, spirits, and gods – everything we have been missing for the past 19 years.
This rebooted series will be adapting the entire manga, which was completed in 2004, and some of the popular voice actors from the original anime will also be reprising their roles.
On Wednesday, the official website for the new Shaman King anime revealed that voice actor Takehito Koyasu will be reprising his role as Faust VIII.
Apart from the German necromancer, Amidamaru, Anna Kyōyama, Manta Oyamada, and many other characters are returning with the original voice cast. The anime will premiere in April 2021.

The upcoming anime will follow the same tournament-style plot. Thus, it will be a nostalgic journey for the 90s kids who grew up watching the original anime.
However, not everything will be the same, and there will be a drastic improvement in animation quality. New arcs and characters are expected as well.
It will be interesting to see if the anime lives up to our expectations. So, are you ready to relive Yoh’s journey to become the next Shaman King?
