‘Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles’ was one of the best isekai anime of the year 2021. The series had great action, animation, and characters. It’s no wonder that it became a must-watch if you were an Isekai fan.
Haruto Amakawa finds himself opening his eyes to a new world after dying in a horrible road accident. Haruto, now inhabiting the body of a little homeless child named Rio, must learn about his new environment and use his former life’s wisdom in order to live in this strange fantasy setting.
On Friday, the official Twitter account for Yuri Kitayama and Riv’s Seirei Gensouki – Spirit Chronicles television anime revealed that the second season will broadcast in 2024.
The first season of ‘Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles’ found a stopping point in Volume 5 of the light novel series. Hence, we expect season 2 to start adapting Volume 6.
In this story arc, Rio travels to the trade city of Amande to stock up on supplies and learn more about the hero’s summoning.
As for the staff and the cast, mostly the main team will be returning that worked on the first season, but there is no information regarding the additional members that will be joining the main staff and cast for season 2.
Fans of the Spirit Chronicles series can rejoice as their favorite characters are returning once again with new adventures. There is still not much information regarding season 2, but we will update it as soon as it is released. So be sure to come back.
