I enjoy the typical gang’s antics, but Natsuki, Akira, and Shin as a trio also work well; I enjoyed the past few chapters with them. I can’t help but think that the trio will be a new version of Sakamoto’s previous trio.
Chapter 83 of Sakamoto Days was more on the humorous side with all the weapon testing and stuff.
Excellent weapon choice for Shin, big power boost, suits his talents and stays true to what he feels a first-rate assassin should be while preserving versatility. Accepting his flaws to evolve is another good theme.

I was expecting that “taking off your brain’s limiters” would improve his mind-reading abilities, but I guess this gives him a reason to use his newest predictive skill. I hope the glove’s output can be adjusted on the fly, making it much more adaptable.
Because he’s 99% precise and his other stats are iffy, a small yet challenging to wield high-power weapon makes a lot of sense for him. Perhaps it will allow him to use his future reading skill for a more extended period or with better foresight, but at the risk of putting an even more significant burden on him.
I hope Shin has a decent fight and makes some progress with the next attack on the JCC, whatever Slur and company are up to.

Shin starts the chapter with a mocking impersonation of Seba, saying, “I’m an Ace weapon maker.” Seba says that they should be thanking him because he is offering to make them a weapon.
Seba, Shin, and Toramaru then go to the weapons manufacturing department. The workers there don’t welcome Shin but get head over heels as Toramaru enters.
Shin asks what kind of weapon Seba will make. He questions Shin about the type he usually uses. Shin says that he has always relied on his esp and has never mastered any weapon. He says that after seeing Mr. Sakamoto, he has the sense that only third-rate assassins depend on weapons.
Seba taunts him and tells him his body is nowhere near Sakamoto’s. Shin gets mad and orders Seba to give him a weapon already. All the weapons Shin brings are mere prototypes that backfire on him. He says that he thought of Seba as some genius, but after seeing all this, he concludes it’s all rubbish.
The workers there correct him by telling him about Seba’s hard work – how he shows up earliest to the factory and is the last one to leave. They say to him that Seba has probably made millions of prototypes, and among the garbage, occasionally, something extraordinary emerges. That’s why the workers respect him.
Seba brings another box of weapons to check out. Shin spots a huge glove and asks about it. He is told that it’s the latest disaster. It turns off the limiter in one’s brain and gives the wearer access to extreme strength. One blow Is enough to annihilate the enemy if it lands. Shin tries a few punches, but nothing happens.
A cracking sound comes out of the glove, and a blast occurs. Everyone rushes in the direction of the loud sound. As the smoke clears, a hole is discovered on the wall in the direction of Shin’s air punches. His arm gets bright red, and they begin to take him to the infirmary.
Seba explains that there is a lag of a few seconds before the glove activates. But Shin has gotten interested in its potential. Seba clarifies again that delayed action is a fatal flaw in close combat, to which Shin replies that it might be useless unless you can see the future.
At Slur’s hideout, Gaku asks Kashima if he should bust in JCC and smash it up. Kashima tells how cumbersome it will be with the JCC being on a remote island with tight security and strong defenses.
Gaku says they will have Amane do the job since he reminds him of his past self. Kashima is concerned, but emerging from the darkness, Club Jam convinces him that he has taken care of that.
