Hyo and Kumanomi’s fight got more brutal and fiercer in chapter 125 of Sakamoto Days, titled “My Turn.”
It was a bloody chapter with lots of heavy attacks received by both parties. However, by the end of the chapter, Hyo came at a disadvantage because Kumanomi played dirty.
Hyo began reading her attacks at the beginning of the chapter and inflicted some heavy damage on her. He made her bleed with just two heavy punches (that’s one scary guy).

Well, Peisuke can’t do much, so let’s not talk about the poor parrot for now. Heisuke’s last shot fired to deflect Kumanomi’s nail gun was pretty cool. She seems badly injured, and with teamwork, they may end up defeating her.
She is still not going down that easily. Hyo is blinded in one eye, and it will definitely affect his performance. The way the chapters are visiting Hyo’s backstory and his reminisces about life, it all seems like a major red flag.
One more interesting thing to take note of was Kumanomi mentioning something happening that didn’t happen. Maybe she was to join the Order but dropped the idea when she met Uzui.

Hyo gets alert as Kumanomi uses electromagnets to fight. She can literally use the whole city as her weapon. She picks up an auto and throws it at Hyo.
She pulls him towards her and punches him hard, but the punch doesn’t seem to have any effect. Hyo tells her that it is his turn to attack as he has got a good read of her attacks.
She attacks, but Hyo retaliates and punches her hard. She bleeds from the attack but keeps a tough exterior. She combines a lot of banners and hoardings and throws them at him, but he punches hard enough to break through the barrier and hit her.
She pulls dozens of knives from a shop and throws them at him. He gets a few scratches from the attack. He saves a few people in the process. Kumanomi berates him, saying he thinks of himself as some kind of hero.
She goes on to rant about the Order and how everyone in it thinks too high and mighty of themselves. She mentions that she is glad something didn’t happen but doesn’t reveal what she is talking about.
She takes two nails and infuse them with electromagnetic force and fires them at a small kid. Hyo jumps in front of the boy, taking the attack and blinding his left eye.
She says that he is not the ideal guy to be an assassin. He is reminded about his struggles to be relevant and how he doesn’t have skills like Nagumo or guts like Sakamoto.
As she prepares to attack again, Hyo is somewhat happy that he is dying as a member of the Order. However, Kumanomi’s nail gets deflected, and Hyo sees that Heisuke did that with his gun, preparing to fight Kumanomi.

“Sakamoto Days” is a comedy-action manga by Yuto Suzuki published in Weekly Shonen Jump. The author is already known for two successful one-shots, Garaku and Locker Room.
