sajou no hana to perform ending theme for danmachi 2nd cour

The fourth season of “Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?” took off in July this year and ran for eleven episodes. The season will resume in its next cour starting on January 5, 2023.

The theme songs for this season will be different but will be performed by the same artists with their roles reversed. For this cour, the opening song will be “Shiko” by Saori Hayami.

On Sunday, Kadokawa revealed that sajou no hana will perform the ending song for DanMachi this time. The ending is titled “Kirikizu” and it will officially release on February 22, 2023.

Broadcast in January 2023! “Is it wrong to ask for a meeting in a dungeon? IV Deep chapter disaster edition” special PV

It is certainly a rare occurrence that both theme song artists get to perform for the next season(or cour in this case). Earlier, in the previous cour, Hayami performed the ending theme “Guide”. The opening song “Tento” was performed by sajou no hana.

The second cour of the fourth season is titled “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? IV Late Arc: Disaster”. The cast and staff will be reprising their roles, with J.C. Staff continuing to animate the series. Eleven new characters will be introduced in the second part.

DanMachi’s “Late Arc: Disaster” will air on Abema (January 5) , Tokyo MX and BS11 (January 6), and AT-X (January 9).

About Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?

Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon, also known as DanMachi for short, is a Japanese light novel series written by Fujino Ōmori and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda.

The story follows the exploits of Bell Cranel, a 14-year-old solo adventurer under the Goddess Hestia. As the only member of the Hestia Familia, he works hard every day in the dungeon to make ends meet while seeking to improve himself.

He looks up to Ais Wallenstein, a famous and powerful swordswoman who once saved his life and fell in love with him.

He is unaware that several other girls, deities and mortals alike, also develop affections towards him, most notably Hestia herself. He also gains allies and improves himself with each new challenge he faces.
