Coupled with cute chibi characters and monsters who are just looking for a house rather than killing, the upcoming series is sure to be a hit with slice-of-life lovers.
The RPG Real Estate anime will be released in April 2022. Although a definite date hasn’t been announced yet, it won’t be long before the confirmation.
While you wait, meet Rakira, the ex-soldier of the RPG Real Estate crew, in the latest teaser of the anime:
I can bet that when I said ‘ex-soldier,’ you didn’t expect this cute and lovely girl. Rakira may have been born in an age of battles, but she used her sword skills later to become a chef.
That doesn’t mean she can’t cut you in a split second. After all, she is the unofficial protector of the real estate business. When she isn’t hanging around with her sword, Rakira loves to bake a pie or two in the realty’s kitchen.

RPG Real Estate is a Japanese four-panel manga series by Chiyo Kenmotsu, serialized in Houbunsha’s seinen manga magazine Manga Time Kirara Carat since 2018. It has been collected in three tankōbon volumes. An anime television series adaptation by Doga Kobo has been announced.
The story begins 15 years after the demon king was defeated and the world has become peaceful. Kotone, who graduated from school and became a magician, inquired the kingdom-affiliated RPG Real Estate in order to find a new home.
In reality, RPG Real Estate was Kotone’s place of employment, and together with Fa, a demi-human, the priest Rufuria, and the soldier Rakira, they help support the searches of new homes for the customers!
