Spitz Fire returns in episode 12 of ‘Ron Kamonohashi’ titled “The Case of Yadagami-sama Murders Part 1.” Ron has finally decided to look into Spitz’s missing brother. However, he has one condition, which Spitz agrees to.
Ron, Toto, and Spitz make their way to Yamanashi, where Spitz’s brother was last seen. However, there was a massive commotion over the construction of a dam. The official in charge is murdered, and as the villagers are fanatic worshippers of Yadagami-sama, they are convinced that it was divine punishment.

2. Episode 13 Speculation
Ron has figured out the murder case and knows who the culprit is. Now, it is Toto’s turn to reveal it. Considering the circumstances, the culprit can be either the mayor, his granddaughter Mii, or both.
According to the ethologist, the Yadagami shrine was shut down. Spitz revealed that it contained a replica of a giant snake representing Yadagami-sama. The replica might have been used in the murder plot, which is why the shrine was closed. The culprit and the murder plot will be revealed soon.

Ron calls Toto to ask if he should take the case that Spitz Fire wanted him to look into. The case concerns Spitz’s missing family member, and Toto thinks Ron should help. Ron asks Toto to tell Spitz that they will work on the case.

Since Ron was also injured during the Bloody Training Incident, he was admitted. His culprit-killing tendencies started after the incident, so there is a possibility that his medications were tampered with. However, there is no record of his treatment in the police files, so he wants the case file BLUE has as it will give them a lead.
Spitz is surprisingly a pushover and quickly agrees to Ron’s terms. Ron, Toto, and Spitz visit Yamanashi, which Spitz’s brother frequently visited. They see a waterfall and a strange woman staring at the temple over the waterfall.
However, Toto is nearly attacked by an axe by a group of strange men who give the trio a cryptic warning. They enter the village, and there is a huge commotion about dam construction. Spitz greets the mayor, and he explains the situation. The villagers are against the dam construction because it will offend ‘Yadagami-sama.’
The mayor invites the trio to his house, and the girl from earlier is revealed to be the mayor’s granddaughter, Mii-chan. Spitz tells Ron and Toto everything he knows about his brother. However, Toto looks out of the window to see the construction official strangled by a snake.
However, when the trio rushes to check the hut, they find nothing. The next day, the official is discovered dead near the waterfall with scale marks on his neck. Mii was making an offering to Yadagami-sama the day before, and Ron questioned if she really believed in him. Mii gets offended at the question as their belief should be undisputable.
All the villagers are convinced that Yadagami-sama punished the official. Ron wonders what is the drive behind their fanaticism. The trio is encountered by Muroi, the ethologist who visited the Yadagami shrine the day before.
The shrine holds a replica of a giant black snake, but for some reason, it was closed. The guest hut had no clues, but Mii, Muroi, and Spitz’s words made Ron realize something and deduct the mystery.
