Romantic Killer is a Japanese Netflix Original romantic comedy anime series based on author Wataru Momose’s manga of the same name. Kazuya Ichikawa directs the adaptation of the award-winning manga.

Anzu Hoshino’s whole focus is on video games; all she wants to do is play video games. To her displeasure, a wizard from a magical realm enters and forces Hoshino to participate in a mission to prevent the population decline on his planet.

All Hoshino wants to do now that she’s living her dating sim is go home for video games, kittens, and chocolate.

What is the Romantic Killer Netflix renewal status?

There have been no updates on the future of Romantic Killer on Netflix as of this publication. This is hardly surprising, given that the anime series has only been featured on Netflix for less than a week.

Anime titles have some of the longest waits for renewal announcements, so fans must remain patient in learning more about the future Romantic Killer on Netflix.

Does Romantic Killer need a second season?

The English translation of the manga is now restricted to the first volume. We had to check raw Japanese scans of the manga to determine how much of the source had been covered to read forward. The Netflix anime adaptation has addressed all 38 chapters of the manga.

If Anzu is still unmarried by the conclusion of high school, she will have lost all three! The main difference between anime and manga is that the wizard Kate is sent to Yukana as her new task in the anime.

However, in the manga, Riri soars into the sky, telling the viewer that things are advancing in Anzu’s love life, leaving us with a “to be continued.”

Even though the manga appears to have ended, the anime will not conclude anytime soon.
