An announcement was made on the official Twitter channel on the 22nd of July that Hiroshi Fukuda’s Rock is a Lady’s Modesty will be getting an anime adaptation in 2025. Fukuda also released an author’s comment expressing his excitement about the adaptation. He also expressed that he is looking forward to the music.

What is the Plot of the Anime
The story revolves around Ririsa Suzunomiya, who had to give up her passion towards guitar and rock music after her mother remarried a real estate tycoon. She now studies in an all-girls high school where young, gorgeous, lady-like girls come together from all over the country.
She rekindles her passion for rock after meeting a highly talented drummer, Otoha Kurogane in the same high school. This is their journey as they concatenate their passion for music.
Fukuda launched the manga in Young Animal in October 2022. The manga’s first volume was published by Hakusensha in April 2023. It is announced that the fifth volume will be released on the 29th of July.
