Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World is a Japanese light novel series written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka. The series has received three manga adaptations and several other spinoffs.
The series has been published by MF Bunjo J since January 2014. It has also been adapted into an anime series, which is currently being animated by White Fox, and it first aired in April 2016.
Re:Zero has inspired a mobile game titled “Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu – Lost in Memories”, which will be released in summer 2020. It will be available on iOS and Android platforms. The game’s website recently started streaming a teaser trailer.
Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu — Lost in Memories will be available for free on iOS and Android, with the option to make in-game purchases. The game’s opening theme is being animated by White Fox, the studio behind the Re:Zero anime.
The player will experience the anime’s storyline through the eyes of Subaru throughout the game. To make it even more interesting, the game will feature an additional original story with a chance to play a “what-if” storyline.

About Re:Zero
The story follows Subaru Natsuki, a homebody who wakes up in a fantasy world on his way home from the convenience store. Meeting a silver-haired elf named Satella, he decides to help her on her journey to recover a stolen item.
After the two are mysteriously killed, Subaru wakes up to realize that he had gone back to the point when he first entered the world. Realizing he has a new power called “Return by Death,” which sends him back in time every time he dies, Subaru decides to use this new power to try and make a better life for himself in this world with the mysterious silver-haired elf.
